Amazing! I had my first sports massage from Sophie this evening and I am so impressed. I have only had one once before and considering it was a high end clinic, Sophie was so much better and got right into the muscles. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Sophie has been treating me for a shoulder issue. 3 treatments and my shoulder is much better. I previously had physio, but Sophie’s treatment has been much better for my condition. Sophie takes the time to understand a problem to ensure correct and effective treatment is delivered. Knowledgeable, professional service, in a comfortable setting.
I have had many sports massages from Sophie over the last few months while training for my half marathon and the results were unbelievable. Always identified any issues and resolved them straight away and I felt so much better after. I couldn’t have got through my training without the treatment I received. I Would highly recommend!
Small but mighty! Sophie is professional, knowledgable, kind and excellent at pin pointing any problem areas. I can say without any hesitation, that I’ve never had a better and more therapeutic massage. Don’t be deceived by Sophie’s stature, she can apply as much pressure as is necessary to break down the toughest of knots and adapt to the more gentle approach, as and when required. She has been my saviour in managing a chronic back condition. As well as treating my family with sports related issues. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I’ve been to see Sophie a number of times now for general sports massages and it’s been brilliant every time. She uses the right amount pressure needed and is very thorough. She’s professional and is knowledgeable on her subject. The last time I went to see her was for an injury. She researched my symptoms and was fully prepared when I turned up for treatment. She showed me the anatomical picture of my injured area and fully explained why I was experiencing the pain. 3 days later and my injury is already starting to heal, after being in pain for over a month.
I highly recommend her.
Sophie’s anatomical knowledge is very thorough and she’s very accurate a diagnosing which muscles will be involved in the complaint you present with. She develops a bespoke massage for your individual needs and adapts it with each visit as things improve and progress. Very in-depth questions to pinpoint exactly what’s going on. Highly professional and welcoming. Her treatment room is private and hygienic. I’ve has a few sports massages and Sophie’s is by far the most beneficial and is affordable so I can come more frequently. Thank you Sophie you are a star.
