Difference between Dry Needling & Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice where needles are inserted into specific areas in the body to help treat various health conditions. Dry Needling is used by therapists with the aim of treating neuromuscular conditions, relieving pain, and improving range of motion. The needles used are exactly the same in both treatments, the difference is the end goal and the points of the body in which the needles are inserted.
