My name is Sophie and I am a Level 5 Qualified Sports Massage Therapist based in Chertsey & Sunbury On Thames. I have over 5 years experience and have worked alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, doctors and other health care practitioners.
I have a real passion for helping others and love doing this through the benefits of massage.
I have experience working with elite athletes at a London based Premier League Football Club and have been involved with treatment at large sporting events including the London Marathon and the Vitality 10,000.
Sports Massage can benefit anyone! Whether you are training for an event, play sport regularly or feel you suffer from tension from your job (desk workers!). Sports massage is not just for sporty people its for everyone!
